The ASEA-UNINET Project Call 2020-2021 is open now! Please note the modified dates and deadline!

With regard to the worldwide situation due to the COVID-19 virus, ASEA-UNINET has decided to modificate the anncounced project period and to extend the application deadline. With extending the deadline, ASEA-UNINET aims at providing the possibility for researchers to better plan their projects conducted within the ASEA-UNINET. Whilst extending the application deadline the project period has to be shortend for administrative reasons. Nevertheless, if you plan to conduct a project in October, November and/or December 2020, and there is no option to postpone the project to 2021, please contact Ms. Barbara Karahan ( or the ASEA-UNINET Headoffice at

NEW Project Period

ASEA-UNINET is calling for projects that will be conducted in the period between January 1st 2021 and September 30th 2021, instead of the previousely announced period October 1st 2020 and September 30th 2021.

NEW Application Period

The call will be open until September 30th 2020, instead of previousely announced, May 13th 2020.

Who can submit applications?

Exclusively Austrian ASEA-UNINET Member Universities can submit applications. Interested Member Universities from ASEAN should contact professors at Austrian ASEA-UNINET Members Universities to host and fill in the application form.
