Bernd Rode Award
The Bernd Rode Award (BRA) is granted by the ASEAN-European Academic University Network (ASEA-UNINET) to outstanding joint scientific and higher education collaborations between its Austrian and South-East Asian or Pakistani member universities . Named after Bernd Michael Rode, an eminent Austrian researcher and founder of ASEA-UNINET, the aim of the Award is to make extraordinary research achievements or contributions within the framework of ASEA-UNINET visible.
The Bernd Rode Award has been given at irregular intervals since 2016 in different categories (see below).
| Target group: | The Award is granted in the following two categories: 1. Junior Researcher: no doctoral degree required – up to 2 awardees 2. Senior Researcher: applicants over a period of 10 years after completion of their PhD studies (in the arts/music field equivalent permitted) – up to 1 awardee |
