Membership and Membership Fees
- Membership – how to become a member resp. how to cancel membership
-
- Only a university as a whole (not faculties thereof) can become members of ASEA-UNINET.
- The Rector/President of the university submits a „Letter of Intent“ to the National Coordinator of their country. If a new country is not yet represented within the network, the resp. Regional Coordinator is contacted instead.
- If the National/Regional Coordinator supports this request, it will be shared with the ASEA-UNINET President who may invite this university to introduce itself at the next Plenary Meeting. At such time, the Plenum votes on whether or not this university will be accepted as a new candidate member (member in spe).
- Candidate membership will be evaluated after 9 months at the following Plenary Meeting. The Plenum votes on whether or not the membership transitions to full membership.
- Membership can be terminated at any time in writing by the Rector/President of the member university.
- Membership Fees
- There is a one-time enrollment fee.

- Fees for European universities are 1,050 Euro p.a.,
