The Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT) has announced the PTIT’s Vietnam Master of Computer Science Scholarship (VMCS) programme for the 2026 intake. The programme offers international students from ASEA-UNINET member universities the opportunity to pursue a Master’s degree in Computer Science, delivered entirely in English.

Scholarship Opportunities for 2026 Intake

  • Full Scholarship: 8 awards (incl.: 100% tuition fee waiver, monthly stipend, and dormitory fee waiver)
  • 100% Tuition Fee Scholarship: 5 awards (incl.: 100% tuition fee waiver and dormitory fee waiver)
  • 50% Tuition Fee Scholarship: 5 awards (incl.: 50% tuition fee waiver and dormitory fee waiver)

Programme Information

  • Degree: Master of Computer Science (Major Code: 8.48.01.01)
  • Language of Instruction: English
  • Duration: 1.5 years (18 months), 60 credits
  • Study Location: Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT), 96A Tran Phu, Ha Dong Ward, Hanoi, Vietnam

Eligibility Requirements

  • Applicants should meet the following requirements: 
    • Age: 21–40 years
    • Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields, with a cumulative GPA of at least 7.0/10 or equivalent
    • English Proficiency: CEFR B2 / Level 4 or above (IELTS 5.5 or above, TOEFL iBT 46–93, or equivalent), or proof of completing a Bachelor’s degree taught in English
