Germany (up-to-date 23rd February 2021)
Due to the federal structure of Germany, there are no general regulations concerning entrance into Germany. Each state has its own regulations which tend to change often and rapidly. Thus, the best is to enquire at the respective embassy about the current situation.
Another source of Information is the Robert Koch Institute (RKI – Homepage). The RKI there as well shares a list of those countries regarded as highly infectous. These too can change rapidly.

Pakistan (up-to-date 25th July 2020)
The number of COVID-19 cases in Pakistan unfortunately continues to grow. As of 23rd July, the total number of cases reached 270,400, with 5,763 deaths being recorded.
Restrictive measures and the more extensive use of smart lockdowns are in place. Educational institutions and many research centers remained closed, and public gatherings are banned. However, people are allowed in marketplaces for a limited time. Pakistan’s international airports were opened from 20th June for regular flights. International flights are only operating from major cities Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad airports in limited numbers. Domestic flights were allowed to operate with precautionary measures in place.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) travel restrictions in the Philippines
The Philippines declared a health emergency due to the local transmission of coronavirus (COVID-19). All sea and land borders are closed to foreign travelers. Filipino nationals, spouses or children of nationals, and residents returning from abroad must quarantine for 14 days upon arrival. Face masks are also recommended inside the airport. Contact your airline to see if there are any international or provincial entry restrictions in place. For information relevant to you and your circumstances, contact the Department of Tourism in the Philippines via their Facebook page, or call the DOT hotline at 1-386. Lockdown measures may remain in place for areas of the Philippines that are considered high-risk. Lower risk areas will be placed under a less strict quarantine.

Vietnam (up-to-date 9th March 2021)

On March 8, 2021 the first Vietnamese were injected with Covid-19 vaccine. On 3rd March 2021, the last province Hai Duong finished the lockdown, the situation is under control, daily there are only 5-6 positive cases [information from 3rd March 2021] and in Vietnam immediately all close contacts with positive cases are followed. The vaccination starts within shortly.
