ASEA-UNINET Project Funding
ASEA-UNINET Project Funding aims to promote bilateral and multilateral projects in the areas of research, research-led teaching and the arts between the Austrian ASEA-UNINET member universities (incl. candidate members) and member universities in Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Pakistan, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam.
All fields of study/research are supported (natural sciences, technical sciences, human medicine, health sciences, agricultural sciences, social sciences, humanities, arts).

Project implementation: | 1-year projects: October 1, 2025 – September 30, 2026 2-year projects: October 1, 2025 – September 30, 2027 |
Duration: | Minimum: 1 week per mobility Maximum: 3 months per mobility Clinical electives: 4/6/8 weeks |
Degree awarding: | No |
Eligibility requirements: | At least one university has to be an ASEA-UNINET member university (incl. candidate) in Austria (lead partner) and in the ASEAN country (cooperating partner) respectively. No age limit requirement. |
