About & Origin
The idea to publish information on the progress of activities and research related to sustainable Development within and outside our network on a periodical basis was originally born at the ASEA-UNINET Sustainability Workshop in Jakarta, Indonesia, in December 2017 – where current issues and challenges of Sustainable Development within our network were discussed, motivated by ASEA-UNINETs’ focus on Sustainability as part of our networks’ activities, as decided at the ASEA-UNINET Plenary Meeting in Graz, Austria (July 2017).
Since then, within our network several initiatives and programs were started, including the successful ASEA-UNINET Students Week on Sustainable Development and the ASEA-UNINET Sustainability Workshop, both in Jakarta, Indonesia, and more projects to be mentioned.
